Introductory Award in Administrative ManagementThe Introductory Award is designed to introduce the basics of administration and its role and importance in the workplace. It also aims to provide the basics from which more advanced administrative skills and knowledge can be developed. Benchmarked to NQF level 2, this qualification is perfect for organisations wishing to induct school-leavers with no prior knowledge into an administrative environment. Entry criteria: Open access Suitable for: School leavers, and those with no prior experience of administration wishing to enter the profession, or to build on basic skills. Delivery options: Distance; In-house Recommended total study hours: 60 hours for full course Suggested period of study: The Deltic Introductory Award Programme allows four weeks from commencement to completion. Individual circumstances may provide for a longer period if considered necessary. Assessment method: Multiple Choice Test at the end of the programme and a Learning Diary to complete as you study.
