Terms and Conditions

Deltic Training Ltd recognise the individual nature of student tuition for the courses we offer, and have therefore tried to keep the number of any hard and fast Terms and Conditions to a minimum. If you – student or client – have any queries regarding our services, please contact us at the earliest opportunity, so that we can work together to provide the outcome you require.

The following Terms and conditions are for the avoidance of doubt:

1. The tutors give tutorial advice, suggestions, and generally mentor the student in their studies. It is the responsibility of the student to succeed on the courses.
2. No warranty is implied or given with regards to the accuracy, suitability, relevance or overall quality of any study materials purchased through Deltic Training Ltd
3. Course fees are payable in advance - unless instalment terms have been agreed to - and are non-refundable.
4. Acceptance of any student and/or client is at the discretion of Deltic Training Ltd
5. Students are responsible for the payment of any examination re-sit fees
6. The course fees paid generally cover tuition for modules until such time as the examination for that module has been taken. However, we want our students to succeed, and continuing tuition support within the original course fee following a non-pass at examination is at the discretion of Deltic Training Ltd. In such cases we will take the view that where the student makes the required effort to pass, so will we!
7. Course fees generally include 2 years student memnbership of the IAM. Students are responsible for renewal of IAM membership and payment of the appropriate fees after this period has elapsed.
