Deltic provide a range of innovative and flexible services to students and employer-organisations:

• DISTANCE LEARNING PACKAGES

The IAM Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma courses are supported by specifically written online course materials to enable these courses to be successfully delivered on a distance-learning basis. Students are fully supported through their studies by:

- IAM study materials

- Open-access tutor support

- Tutorials and revision events to prepare students for the examinations

- On- or off-line support materials available from Deltic

- Access to the Deltic Student Library, which contains core texts, available on free-loan basis.

• FIXED VENUE COURSES

Deltic are currently running the IAM Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma courses as fixed-venue classes in Norfolk.

Our inclusive course fees provide students with course materials, tutorials, examination invigilation fees, as well as access to on-line course support materials.

• IN-HOUSE DELIVERY

Deltic work closely with employers and other organisations to deliver courses in-house. Delivery will be through our team of specialist tutors, at a time and location to suit you. This service is dependent on student numbers, and has the added benefits of ensuring co-ordinated group completion.

• CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES

Deltic run fixed-length IAM Certificate courses throughout the UK. These are delivered over a twelve-week period by our team of tutors, and held at a number of locations.

• TAILOR-MADE PROGRAMMES

The structure of the IAM Certificate, Diploma, DAEA and Advanced Diploma, is such that the course content may be tailored to suit the specific needs of the organisation, whilst at the same time delivering the Professional Qualification to the individual student.

This is achieved through the Work Project Report which is a component of each of these courses (replacing the Case Study module at Diploma, DAEA and Advanced Diploma levels).

• Funding Consultancy

Deltic will keep you up to date - on a no-obligation basis - of funding opportunities for training and development which we are aware of. Those most frequently accesssed by employers and students in the East of England include:

- Leadership and Management scheme. Designed to provide up to £1,000 for the development of senior managers and strategic leaders in organisations of between 5-249 staff (inc part-timers). Deltic will put you in contact with a skills broker to access this funding - it really is straightforward.

- Response to Redundancy (R2R). This scheme operates in the East of England, and provides Information and Guidance (IAG) to those under threat of redundancy, as well as funding (in full or in part) towards IAM qualifications from Deltic. - Training for Work (TFR). For those in Norfolk who have been made redundant or lost their job through no fault of their own within the last six months. Variable funding which we will then work with you to make the most of your studies with Deltic.
